Warranty Coverage

3-Year Warranty – Manufacturing Defects: If your Jax Bed develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect, we'll repair, replace, or provide a suitable solution within 3 years of purchase.

1-Year Warranty – Covers: The removable covers are covered for 1 year against manufacturing faults.

What's Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by chewing, scratching, accidents, or misuse
Modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties
